Snippets of our stay at The Ace hotel over the long weekend. When our friends Jen and Chris invited us to their Valentine's day wedding in Palm Springs, we took it as the perfect opportunity to escape and unwind. I had a very ambitious itinerary planned that included an architecture tour, checking out the vintage shops and stopping by the Modernism Week events. However, we had way too much fun neglecting the alarm clock and indulging in some room service. We did get to squeeze in a delicious dinner at Workshop Kitchen, a trip to the aerial tram, and a pretty successful stop at the Cabazon Outlets (more details on that in another post!). It was a refreshing and much needed getaway.
