Stepping out of my comfort zone and taking a cue from my 5  style updates - fringe and head-to-toe cream tones for a date night ensemble! Once in a while I like to break away from what feels comfortable by trying something new and giving it my own personal twist. This skirt is a great way for me to dip my toes into the fringe trend. It's simple enough yet still feels special

As a self-confessed trousers and denim addict, I generally do not gravitate towards skirts. I figure my aversion to these kind of bottoms stemmed from 13 years of Catholic school uniforms - just me being a gentle rebel. However I've just discovered how comfortable, versatile and flattering they can be, specially in this pencil cut! I'm willing to make some room in my closet for more. For this polished yet relaxed look, I paired it with my fave COS top (picked up in Paris 3 years ago - a great wear-with-everything staple!). The clutch is my mom's vintage Loewe - still feels fresh and has held up so well over the years! It definitely pays off to invest in great quality classics that can easily be dressed up or down and paired with of-the-moment pieces.

What trends are you experimenting with this season? Thanks so much for dropping by!
